Saibai Island

Completed and in late 2020, Pilchers Concrete supplied a team to Saibai Island in the Torres Straight to batch the concrete for the islands correctional centre. The concrete was batched by way of a volumetric mixer.

The weather and the heat were significant challenges that our team faced daily. We completed this project two weeks ahead of schedule and on budget.
